A full DISC questionnaire consists of twenty-four questions, and should take 10 - 15 minutes to complete. This sample questionnaire consists of just three different questions, each of which is subdivided into four options. For each question, you should select which one of the four options applies most closely to you, and which is least applicable to you. To mark your choices, click on the white circles in the 'most' and 'least' columns. For each question, you must select one item from the 'most' column, and one from the least'. You can change any of your answers by clicking in different places, until you press the 'Complete' button beneath the four options. If you find a question hard to answer, just pick the item that seems most appropriate to your normal style of behaviour. While answering the actual questionnaire, you should think about yourself as you would react in a normal working environment. |
