myDISCprofile Manager provides an entire suite of features to make this process easy and automatic. At the simplest level, you can simply enter a person's e-mail address, and myDISCprofile will send them an invitation and then display and manage the questionnaire. Once the questionnaire is complete, a report will immediately be compiled and added to your accounts.

myDISCprofile Manager also provides a selection of options for your to customize this process to meet your exact requirements. For example, you can arrange to be automatically notified and sent a copy of the report as soon as it is available.

Can a person completing a questionnaire read their own report?

This is a decision you can make as you set up an invitation. There's no requirement to share the report, but you have the option of doing so if you wish. If you do choose this option, the report will be displayed immediately at the end of the questionnaire.

Do I have access to all my profile reports?

Every DISC profile produced on your account is held in your own secure myDISCprofile Manager database. You can access, review and manage those reports at any time. myDISCprofile even provides extra features to assess the results in combination, assessing how individuals would work together in a team.

Do you offer any other payment options?

All our payment options are displayed on the website. These include credit cards, PayPal, ApplePay, GooglePay, AliPay and other options, depending on your device setup and location.

After I invite someone to complete a profile, how quickly will I see the results?

When someone is invited to complete a personality profile on your account, they can complete the questionnaire at their convenience.

Once they complete their online questionnaire, the results will become available to you instantly, and you have the option of having myDISCprofile e-mail you a report the moment it becomes available.

How do I get a copy of the invoice or receipt for a transaction?

To create an invoice copy, choose 'Your Account' from the main menu, and then 'Account History'. Find the transaction you need, and click the 'Invoice' icon on the left to download a copy.

You can make transactions easier to find by ensuring that the 'Purchases only' filter is applied to your history list.

Is it possible to upgrade an existing free report and add it to my account?

Choose 'Your Account' from the main menu, then locate the option labeled 'Enter a Report Code'. Enter the unique report code shown in the free report, and the content of that report will be upgraded.

Upgrading a report like this will use one credit from your account, and the report will then be available as if it had been completed through an invitation.

What is a balanced profile, and what can I do about it?

Some combinations of answers to the personality questionnaire produce a 'balanced' result, a profile with no factors that stand out strongly enough to be recognized. In situations like this, we can't analyze the results sufficiently to provide a useful interpretation.

That's no problem; you can try the free questionnaire as many times as you like. To avoid a balanced profile on further tests, try to focus more strongly on the ways you behave in a particular set of circumstances.
